Attorney Unger Bort graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park in 2011 with a major in Criminology and a minor in psychology. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2015, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and is on the board of governors for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association). She has successfully argued before the Commonwealth Court, the Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. 

She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Bort also is an adjunct professor (Insurance Law) at the Commonwealth Campus- Widener University School of Law and has taught several continuing legal education courses through the National Business Institute.
